Owner of record, appraised value, exemptions, year built and legal description come from the county appraisal district's own published roll. Lot lines come from the Texas Geographic Information Office (StratMap Land Parcels, public domain), which republishes once a year. Every lot carries the date of each, because they are not the same date: a sale can be on the district's roll while the lot line still belongs to an older release. Where the district withholds an owner's name, the lot says so and no older name is shown in its place. Bars are tied to a lot by the street address on their Comptroller filing where that address names one, and by their Census geocode otherwise, which is why some read as "next door".
